Delivery
A shipping fee of R99 per cart is applicable to orders under R5000. Orders over R5000 will qualify for free shipping. This is applied at the checkout.
*Each item is carefully packaged to ensure that no damage or harm can occur to the item during transit.
Shipping is only available in South Africa (in all 9 provinces).
Orders will be shipped within (3-5 Days) after order has been paid.
*Once your order has been shipped, a courier tracking number will be sent, please follow up directly with the courier for estimate delivery times or delivery concerns.
Sizing
Once your order has been received, a House of Santos team member will be in touch to get your leg measurement. Each garter is custom made to your specific measurement, but it is also elasticated for comfort.

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
*Sale items cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
